大專網球選手對於賽會滿意度之研究

目的：主要探討第十七屆東方錶盃全國大專網球排名錦標賽參賽選手，對於賽會滿意度之情形。方法：以第十七屆東方錶盃全國大專網球排名錦標賽參與者為研究對象，總計發出400份問卷，回收356份，剔除填答不完整或空白問卷，實得有效問卷319份，有效回收率為80%。所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗比較不同組別、不同性別在賽會滿意度之差異，另外以單因子變異數分析（one-way ANOVA）比較不同區域性在賽會滿意度之差異，顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果：不同組別與不同性別選手對於賽會滿意度均未達顯著，而不同區域性選手對於賽會滿意度的差異達顯著水準（F=3.47, p＜.05），經由事後比較得知，唯北區選手在賽會滿意度上顯著高於中區選手。結論：本研究中不同組別與性別對於賽會滿意度雖未達顯著，但研究過程中所探討與呈現出來將影響滿意度之因子，則有賴主辦單位重視，另由於本研究以單次比賽結果作為賽會滿意度的論點，似乎有點薄弱，盼未來能以縱貫式研究東方錶盃歷年參賽滿意度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the collegiate tennis players' satisfaction on event service (SES) of seventeenth Orient Cup tennis Tournament. Methods: four hundreds subjects were randomly selected from the seventeenth Orient Cup tennis tournament; responses and valid questionnaires (rates, %) were 356 (89%), 319 (80%), respectively. Independent T-test and one-way ANOVA were adapted to analysis the differences between draws& gender, and comprising the different regions. Results: SES of the draws and genders did not show significant differences, but the regional data had shown significant differences (F=3.47, p＜.05). North region had higher SES than central region significantly, and the others did not show differences. Conclusion: we suggest Orient Cup Organizer value the importance of results in this study, although the draws and genders did not show significant SES. In future study of Orient Cup Tournament, a longitudinal method was recommended.
