目的:本研究旨在探討無運動習慣的碩士在職專班學生,在急性負荷狀態下,其血乳酸與血糖變化之情形。方法:受試者為8名無運動習慣之碩士在職專班學生,平均年齡為33.6 ± 2.6歲,平均身高與體重分別為174.5 ± 6.4公分、76.4 ± 9.2公斤。本實驗以跑步訓練機作為主要研究工具,每位受試者進行3階、每階30秒的急性負荷,運動強度為5公尺/秒,每階負荷間隔90秒。實驗結果以t檢定分析第一階運動後與第三接運動後血乳酸與血糖之差異。結果:血乳酸在第一階(1x)負荷後上升至6.5 ± 3.7 mmol/l,並在第三階訓練後(3x)達到最大值10.8 ± 3.3 mmol/l,第三階與運動後血乳酸顯著高於第一階(p<.05),而血糖變化則無異常。結論:在急性負荷下,乳酸與心跳率皆呈現無氧症狀反應,然而,血糖則無顯著反應。此現象顯示無運動習慣者在急性跑步機負荷下得到無氧刺激,且不會造成血糖調節顯著變化,因此,建議沒有坐式生活者能以跑步機作為急性負荷的訓練器材。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of blood lactic acid and blood glucose in the case of a master's degree program without exercise habit in an acute load condition. Method: The subjects were eight postgraduate students without exercise habits. The average age was 33.6 ± 2.6 years. The average height and weight were 174.5 ± 6.4 cm and 76.4 ± 9.2 kg respectively. In this experiment, a running training machine was used as the main research tool. Each subject performed an acute load of 3 steps, each 30 seconds, with an exercise intensity of 5 m/s and a load interval of 90 seconds at each stage. The experimental results using t test analysis of the first post-exercise and third post-exercise blood lactate and blood glucose differences. Results: The blood lactic acid increased to 6.5 ± 3.7 mmol/l after the first (1x) load and reached the maximum of 10.8 ± 3.3 mmol/l after the third training (3x). The third and third lactate Significantly higher than the first order (p <.05), but no abnormalities in blood glucose changes. Conclusion: Lactic acid and heart rate show an anaerobic symptom at acute load, however, there is no significant response to blood glucose. This phenomenon shows that no exercise habits in an acute treadmill load anaerobic stimulation, and will not cause significant changes in blood glucose regulation, therefore, it is recommended that no sitting life can treadmill as acute load training equipment.
