地方文化館之觀眾研究-以孫立人將軍行館為例

The Visitor Study of Local Cultural Museum -- A Case of the Former Residence of General Sun Li-Jen

摘要


地方文化館的勃興,可以帶動地方文化與社區產業的發展,因在地特色鮮明,各種先決條件不一定適用於通則性的經營方式。透過本研究,為地方文化館提供更為聚焦的觀眾資料,瞭解不足與過當之處,為場館提供各項功能的檢討方向。研究採用問卷調查並輔以訪談的方式,對屏東孫立人將軍行館之觀眾進行調查研究。研究發現,以館舍功能與營運,以及綜合滿意度的分數較高,以社區營造與地方特色的得分最低。其中,館舍資訊的取得管道仍不夠多元,觀眾多認為交通不便,但對於館舍人員的專業度與服務感到滿意。

Local cultural museum can drive the development of local culture and community industries. Because each community has different characteristics, each local cultural museum cannot use the same management mode. This study provides a clearer audience information for local cultural museum. To see the needs of Former Residence of General Sun Li-Jen. The researcher conducted a survey on the audience of the Former Residence of General Sun Li Jen of Pingtung, and used questionnaires and interviews. The study found that "museum functions and operations" and "comprehensive satisfaction" scores were higher. "Community development and local characteristics" has the lowest score. There should be more ways to get information about this museum. Most visitors believe that traffic at this location is inconvenient. And visitors were satisfied with the professionalism and service of the staff.
