臺南市新山國小健康促進策略個案研究

The Case Study of Health Promotion Strategies in Shin-Shan Elementary School, Tainan City

摘要


本研究旨在探究臺南市新山國小推動健康促進的現況。近年來健康促進議題在學校逐漸深耕,新山國小雖為偏鄉小學,近年來執行成果卻屢獲評鑑優等。爰此,實有進一步研究及探討之處。本文運用內容分析與參與觀察的方法,對新山國小健康促進策略進行歸納研究;並探討其缺失,作為往後精進的方向。研究結果指出新山國小在推動健康促進策略方面,共歸納出六個策略主軸,分別為策略一「營造健康的學習情境」、策略二「親師生共同增能與成長」、策略三「健康議題融入領域課程」、策略四「學校師長以身作則」、策略五「積極改善教學環境設備」、策略六「整合並善用社區及天然資源」。

This study aims to explore the current situation of health promotion in Shin-Shan Elementary School, Tainan City. In recent years issues of health promotion in this school have gradually been cultivating. Though located in the remote area, the school has always been ranked first-grade in the evaluation of health promotion implementation. Therefore, there is a need for further inquiry. In this research, health promotion strategies in Shin-Shan Elementary School have been summarized through the methods of content analysis and participant observation. Meanwhile, shortcomings and future expectations are also investigated and suggested as well. The study concludes that health promotion strategies in this school are as following: 1. Create a healthy learning environment. 2. The mutual development between teachers and students. 3. Embed health issues into curriculums. 4. Teach by personal examples. 5. Improve facilities and teaching environment actively. 6. Integrate and utilize communal and natural resources.
