摘要

在競爭日趨激烈的足球運動的國度裏，運動員想要邁向成功，取得輝煌的成就，教練員扮演著重要的角色，教練是一個運動團隊的領導者，在運動團隊中扮演著不同的角色。教練的領導行為對球員的影響有著重要的作用。本研究透過文獻探討瞭解足球教練的領導行為對球員影響，以及兩者之間存在猶如自行車前輪與後輪的相互影響之關聯。足球運動是台灣邁向世界放眼未來能走出去的國民外交之希望，台灣足球想要改變目前的現狀，一切的希望都在於做好足球運動員的養成工作，亦是當前的重要環節。而培養是足球教練員則有至關重要的作用，教練在球員的培養過程中，都會體現出他們的教練領導行為。教練領導能力的差異，決定了其所帶之球員正確知見。因此，本文利用文獻探討教練在領導過程中的行為和表現，找出適合提領球員的教練領導行為、注入不同的思思維，因為球員為實際與教練做領導接觸的對象，其感受確實較旁人來得直接與實際，而教練員應多採用合作式及民主型的領導行為，應多與運動員進行溝通和情感交流，並為團隊制定出合理而具體的奮鬥目標。

Therefore, the use of literature to explore the behavior and performance of the coach in the leadership process to identify suitable to withdraw the player's coach leadership behavior, so as to inject different thinking the only, because the players to do with the coach for the actual contact with the object of leadership, and their feelings than those of others more directly with the actual.
