公辦民營托嬰中心主管行政與教保領導歷程之個案研究

A Case Study of the Administrative and Educational Leadership Process of Public and Private Childcare Centers

摘要


本研究主要探討公辦民營托嬰中心主管行政與教保領導歷程所面臨的困境、解決策略與收穫。本研究主要採用個案訪談法,資料收集方式包括對談紀錄、會議紀錄、文件資料等。本研究結論有以下幾點:(一)行政領導之歷程:1.團隊要有組職及分工,管理與執行上才能有效得運作。2.建立完善的人事規範與做到公平公正的對待每一位托育人員。(二)教保領導之歷程:1.托育人員空有理論、無法落實基本工作。2.有幼教的背景之人員在嬰幼兒適性活動引導上容易進入狀況。本研究之研究建議如下:(一)行政領導方面的建議:建議托嬰中心應將工作職掌表或工作人員手冊,公開訊息、設置公告欄,使工作人員隨時可以參閱了解其工作權責。(二)教保領導方面的建議:建議托育人員應提升自我專業知識與能力,面對孩子突發事件與危機處理之態度,積極參與相關研習活動增進托育知識與教學引導之技巧,並提供家長建議與日常細心照顧孩童更能表現出專業的態度。

This study mainly discusses the difficulties, solutions and gains faced by the administrative and education and security leaders of public and private childcare centers. This study mainly adopts the case interview method, and the data collection methods include interview records, meeting records, documents and so on. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (一)The course of administrative leadership: 1. The team must organize and divide the work in order to operate effectively in terms of management and execution. 2. Establish perfect personnel norms and treat every nursery staff fairly and justly. (二)The course of education and protection leadership 1. Nursery personnel have no theory and cannot implement basic work. 2. Persons with a background in early childhood education can easily enter the situation in the guidance of infants and young children's adaptive activities. The research recommendations of this study are as follows: (一)Suggestions for executive leadership: It is suggested that the nursery center should publish the work list or staff manual, make public information, and set up a bulletin board, so that staff can refer to and understand their work rights and responsibilities at any time. (二) Suggestions for education and security leaders: It is suggested that nursery personnel should improve their professional knowledge and ability, and actively participate in relevant training activities to improve their knowledge and skills in teaching and guidance in the face of children's emergencies and crises. Demonstrate a professional attitude.
