金門縣政府的文化活動與僑鄉形塑：以《金門文藝》為觀察對象

摘要

本文討論解嚴與解除戰地任務的金門，在「觀光立縣，文化金門」的施政目標下，金門縣政府展開一連串的文化活動，來重新認識金門文化與定位金門。在以往戰地形象所帶來的邊緣化陰影下，金門透過「閩南文化」與金門歷史中的移民特性，來理解自身與臺灣、中國及東南亞地區的關係，並以此來建立其中心位置。文中以同時具「閩南文化圈」特色及呼應金門移民歷史的「僑鄉文化」作為切入點，並以2004年金門縣文化局出版的《金門文藝》為觀察媒介，看《金門文藝》如何配合縣府推動的文化活動，如何透過相關文藝訊息報導及文學書寫的刊載來展現金門僑鄉文化特質，並藉由「僑鄉」形象，回應金門縣政府所推動的文化政策與其自我定位的過程。

Through the culture policy of Kinmen government, we can see the government put much emphasis on ＂Kinmen is a home town of overseas Chinese＂ and ＂culture of southern Fujian.＂Via ＂Kinmen Literature,＂ the publication of Kinmen government, this article wants to tell the culture policy how to influence literature, and literature also show the characteristic of Kinmen.
