學校特色發展是近年來為因應少子化所發展出來的市場化經營機制,教育現場的改革除了強調學校本位課程的實施及創造學校特色外,更需得到師生、家長及鄰近社區民眾認同,學校才能保持競爭優勢。本文擬以跨學區家長及學校教師觀點,探討個案學校特色發展項目的重要程度及排序,藉此從外部市場及內部教師專業角度提供學校發展特色時的內外部重要參考。本研究透過相關文獻整理及訪談個案學校特色發展專家的意見,做為AHP 研究架構和問卷內容。並以個案學校跨學區家長及學校教師為對象發放問卷,運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy process;AHP)進行實證研究,分析各構面及因素之間的權重及排序,並探討之間共同性和差異性。
The development of school characteristics has changed into market operation mechanism for reacting to low fertility. Customer-oriented educational reform has replaced earlier school-based curriculum. In addition to school-based curriculum development and school features creation, the school strives to satisfy with more teachers and students, parents, and people of neighboring communities for keeping its competitive force. AHP is applied to determine the relative importance and ranking order of each factor between across school districts parents and teachers for the school characteristics development in a case school of Taichung through literature reviews and experts' opinions. The results indicate that there are some similarities and differences between across school districts parents and teachers.
