2014年球季,華裔NBA球員林書豪,在洛杉磯湖人隊因與球隊大牌球星的職場友誼不佳,以致整體表現不佳,可見職場友誼是會影響員工的工作表現。許多企業都有附設運動場館,讓員工在忙碌工作之餘,能藉由運動舒緩工作壓力,並增進員工的職場友誼。透過運動社群培養的職場友誼,是否可以增進員工的相互合作,進而增加工作滿意度呢?本研究針對有附屬運動場館的企業員工,進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷207份,以SPSS、AMOS軟體進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:反映職場友誼效果最佳的問項是「可以增進彼此的相互信任」及「可以增進彼此的合作意願」。研究重要的發現有:1.職場友誼對關係品質有顯著正向影響;2.關係品質會顯著正向影響工作滿意度。這些研究成果,可以提供公司提升員工工作滿意度的參考之用。
In the basketball season of 2014, since Chinese American NBA player Jeremy Lin had negative workplace friendship with star players in Los Angeles Lakers, the overall performance was inferior. It shows that workplace friendship influences employees’ work performance. Many enterprises possess affiliated sports associations which allow busy employees to release work stress by sport and enhance their workplace friendship. Will workplace friendship developed by sports community reinforce employees’ cooperation and further strengthen job satisfaction? This study conducts questionnaire survey on employees in enterprises with affiliated sports associations. 207 valid questionnaires are retrieved and this study conducts statistical analysis by SPSS and AMOS. According to research findings, the items which reflect the optimal effect of workplace friendship are "reinforcement of mutual trust" and "reinforcement of cooperation intention". Important research findings are the following: 1. workplace friendship significantly and positively influences relationship quality; 2. relationship quality significantly and positively influences job satisfaction. These findings serve as reference for enterprises to enhance employees’ job satisfaction.
