摘要

商業模式概念發展至今已有近60年歷史，至今仍持續為管理學中的熱門議題。但大多學者多聚焦於商業模式之定義、關鍵成功因素等偏向靜態之研究。本研究嘗試從動態性觀點探討其與策略間之相互追隨關係以建構不同的研究觀點。在研究概念上，本研究嘗試將策略故事之動態性概念運用至商業模式中以探討兩者在不同時期所選擇之不同策略手段與商業模式活動間之互動關係，依此拼湊出具有意義及涵理的策略與商業模式故事。在研究方法上，本論文以歷史研究法針對王品集團執行單一個案研究，並透過敘說故事的方式藉此呈現兩者間之共演化關係。

The research of business model has been developed nearly 60 years, and still be a important research topic in this field. However, the majority of the scholars prefer to adopt a static perspective to focus on the definition of the business model or the key success factors. This study attempts to explore the relationship between strategy and business model from the dynamic view based on Narrative Strategy Story. We employ a historical research method for examining the strategic selection, strategic change and business model of WOWPRIME Inc, and try to find the coevolution relationship between them.
