參與休閒活動之研究：以國內自行創業者為例

摘要

全世界之未來工作趨勢將逐漸以自行創業為主，而參與適當的休閒活動能保持工作活力。本研究旨在探討自行創業者休閒活動參與之情況及影響休閒活動參與之因素。以人口統計變項、教育程度、經濟及健康狀況等因素對休閒活動參與影響效果作研究。分析中央研究院台灣社會變遷基本調查計畫之次級資料，其中自行創業者有效樣本為為315 份。本研究以SPSS 20.0 統計軟體進行描述性統計及信、效度分析、單因子變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。研究結果發現：(一)不同年齡、教育程度、婚姻、經濟及健康狀況在參與靜態活動有顯著性差異；(二)不同性別及教育程度在參與動態活動有顯著性差異；(三)教育程度、經濟及健康狀況對參與靜態活動具有正向顯著性的影響。

Self-entrepreneurs are the main work trends in the future and adequate recreation activities keep these self-entrepreneurs' work vitalities. This study aims to explore the situation of entrepreneurs' participation in recreation activities and factors that influence their participation. Factors include demographic variable, educational attainment, economic situation and physical condition. Data used in this study are drawn from secondary data of Taiwan Social Change Survey in Academia Sinica. 315 effective sample are self-entrepreneurs. This study adopts SPSS 20.0. We progressed descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results have shown that different age level, educational attainment, marriage, economic situation and physical condition have significant effects on subjects' participations in sedentary activities. Different sexes and educational degree have significant effects on subject's participation in dynamic activities. In addition, educational degree, economic situation and physical conditions have positive effects on subjects' participation in sedentary activities.
