探討高齡者休閒動機、休閒涉入與休閒滿意度之研究

摘要

高齡化的時代已來臨，休閒活動在銀髮族之間亦隨之頻繁活絡，許多高齡者紛紛參與各種休閒型態的行為愈來愈多元繽紛，為了使銀髮族擁有更好的生活品質，舉辦良好優質的休閒活動是重要的議題。本研究探討台北地區銀髮族的休閒動機、休閒涉入與其休閒滿意度之關聯性，目的在瞭解三項變數之間的脈絡關係，透過文獻整理並推論研究假設之後以問卷調查法來蒐集資料，並以統計分析驗證整體模式。研究發現休閒動機對休閒涉入有正向顯著影響，休閒涉入亦對休閒滿意度有正向顯著之關係，且休閒涉入成為休閒動機與休閒滿意度之間的中介變項，為本研究的重要貢獻，結論與建議提出實務的參考改善作為，使開辦銀髮族休閒活動之機構更有效能地掌握銀髮族進行休閒行為的心理機制。

With aged society came at present, more elders' leisure activities became frequently. Many elders take part in variety types of leisure behavior to hold better life quality. This article studied the relationship among elders' leisure motivation, leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction, the purpose is to find how leisure satisfaction influenced by other variables. The finding show positive effect within three variables and mediation effect also be found in holistic model. Some conclusion provide for practice managers when take place leisure activities or learning courses give to elders effectively.
