The article is a PE teacher who reflects his teaching and working experience in school. The PE teacher examines the history of modern sports and related literature, personal teaching experience and the example of successful sports models; he argues the importance of modern sports and the influence of sports/physical education on school education/students' future preparation. In agreement with fitness and learning perspectives of physical education, this article highlights the concept of sports ability as a social skill. As the author suggests, motor skills are communication ability; students shall make effort to acquire the skills for the future life preparation.
