服飾製作專業人才教育訓練評估之研究

A Study of Training Evaluation for Garment Makers

摘要


企業期望藉由教育訓練提升員工的績效,俾以積極提升企業人力素質,增強公司的競爭力。本研究主要探討服飾製作專業人才教育訓練評估,利用Kirkpatrick訓練成效評估模式,來探討服飾製作學員在參與教育訓練後之結果,並以結構方程模式探討Kirkpatrick評估模式中之反應、學習及行為三個層次間之影響關係,研究結果發現學員訓練完後,在課程滿意度(反應層次)、工作學習(學習層次)及行為改變(行為層次)等三個層次皆有正面的評價及影響,且工作學習(學習層次)為課程滿意度(反應層次)與行為改變(行為層次)之中介變項。

Business wishes to increase employee performance, enhance manpower quality, and reinforce corporate competitiveness through training and education. This could be only achieved via well planned and implemented training program. Objective of this research is aiming at garment manufacturing professional training. Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model is applied for weighting trainee's training result. Analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), three criteria of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model and their relationship, namely reaction, learning and behavior were examined. The research found that; taking job learning (learning) as mediator of course satisfaction (reaction) and behavior change (behavior); after the training, trainee's satisfaction (reaction), job learning (learning) and behavior change (behavior) are having positive response and effectiveness.
