摘要

本研究主要是透過嚴謹的驗證性因素分析來建構一份具有信效度的台北小巨蛋RFID資訊系統成功模式量表，以台北小巨蛋溜冰場的消費者為受試樣本，共計獲得230份有效問卷。資料經結構方程模式之驗證性因素分析，研究結果顯示本研究量表具備良好的收斂效度、區別效度及組成信度。因此，本研究結果台北小巨蛋RFID資訊系統成功模式量表是一個具備三個因素的一階多因子模式，而此三個因素分別為系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質。

This study mainly constructed a valid and reliable scale of RFID Information System Success Model of Taipei Arena with strict confirmatory factor analysis. Consumers of Taipei Arena Ice Skating Rink were surveyed as the research subjects. In total, 230 copies of valid questionnaire were collected for confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation modeling. Research results indicate good convergence validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. Thus, the research results prove that the scale of Taipei Arena RFID Information System Success Model is a one-stage-multiple-factor model with three factors: system quality, information quality, and service quality.
