This study explores the relationship between volunteer fireman's leisure involvement and self-actualization. The applicability of the theoretical model proposed by this study was examined by AMOS software. Data of this study were collected through questionnaire survey, and the volunteer firemen from Changhua County were the subjects of this study; 29 volunteer firemen offices were chosen; 954 copies of questionnaires were delivered; 817 copies of questionnaires were recovered; and the return rate was 85.5%. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed through a structural equation model. The results show that volunteer fireman's leisure involvement has a significant positive influence to their self-actualization.
