過去許多研究結果顯示,休閒活動若得到實際的休閒效益,能夠提高工作滿意度,能夠對工作保持熱情、對工作有使命感以達到工作績效。本研究旨在探討義守大學職員工的休閒涉入、休閒效益與工作滿意度之關係,並分析不同社經背景變項對休閒涉入、休閒效益與工作滿意度之差異。資料蒐集採取網路問卷的方式進行問卷普查,受測對象係以義守大學滿18歲以上之專任與約聘職員,共發放了410份問卷,有效問卷為349份,問卷回收率達85%。資料分析採用描述性統計、迴歸分析、單因子ANOVA分析、複選題分析和路徑分析,歸納出研究結論。研究結果指出休閒涉入與工作滿意度有顯著相關、休閒效益對於工作滿意度有顯著相關、休閒涉入與休閒效益對於工作滿意度有顯著相關,並且休閒效益對休閒涉入與工作滿意度具中介效果。另外,結果指出參與者不同的社經背景與其工作滿意度有顯著差異。
Over the past decade of the research on leisure and job indicated that there was a relationship between them. However, it is necessary to invesgate the relationship between types of leisure activity and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationships among leisure involvement, leisure benefit, job satisfaction and their relations with socio-economic variables for staff at I-Shou University. The study adopted online questionnaire survey targeting full-time or contract staff aged 18 or older in I-Shou University. A total of 349 usuable questionnaires were collected, with 85% response rate. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, regression analysis, path analysis, and multiple response analysis. The Result shows that leisure involvement and leisure benefits were significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Moreover, leisure benefits acted as a significant mediator on job satisfaction.
