高等教育機構職員的休閒涉入、休閒效並與工作滿意度之關係

Relationships among Leisure Involvement, Leisure Benefit and Job Satisfaction for Higher Education Staffs

摘要


隨著社會的變遷,工作常成為現代人重要的生活壓力來源。為了解休閒對工作滿意度的影響,本研究以某高等教育機構的職員工為研究對象,探討休閒涉入、休閒效益、工作滿意度之間的關聯性。本研究採取網路的方式進行問卷調查,受訪對象係以某高等教育機構滿18歲以上之專任與約聘職員,職員網路郵件名單共410份,回收有效問卷349份,問卷回收率85.1%。結果顯示年齡和婚姻對休閒類型的選擇具有差異性。此外,休閒涉入與休閒效益對於工作滿意度都具有正向的影響,且休閒效益會對休閒涉入與工作滿意度產生完全中介的效果。這個結果顯示休閒涉入必須產生實質的休閒效益,才能改善高等教育機構的職員工的工作滿意度。

With the changes of the society, people's work often becomes a major source of pressure in the modern life. In order to understand the influence of leisure on job satisfaction, this study investigates the relationships among leisure involvement, leisure benefit, and job satisfaction for staffs in a higher education institution. The study adopts online survey targeting full-time or contract staffs aged 18 or older in the above institution. A total of usable 349 questionnaires were collected with a response rate of 85.1%. The results showed that there were positive relationships among leisure involvement, leisure benefit and job satisfaction. Moreover, results also indicated that leisure benefit appeared to be a perfect mediator between job satisfaction and leisure involvement. In other word, to obtain higher respondents' job satisfaction, staffs in the institute need to heavily engage in leisure involvement and generate substantial leisure benefit from it.
