高中職教師休閒滿意、身心健康與教學效能相關性之研究

摘要


本研究以高中職教師為對象,探究高中職教師的休閒滿意、身心健康與教學效能之間的相關性,透過實體問卷發放方式。正式問卷發放日期為2013年4月22日至2013年5月10日止,發放實體問卷450份,有效回收率88.2%,共得有效問卷397份。使用SPSS 19.0 for Windows 中文版統計軟體進行統計分析,統計方法則包含信度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析與迴歸分析。 研究結果顯示不同高中職教師的背景屬性在休閒滿意、身心健康與教學效能呈現部分顯著。而休閒滿意對身心健康與教學效能有正向影響;身心健康對教學效能也有顯著正向影響。因此高中職教師的休閒滿意愈高,其身心健康與教學效能愈好,身心健康狀況愈佳,其教學效能就會提昇。 本研究根據研究結果結合相關文獻進一步討論並且對高中職教師、學校及教育主管機關與後續研究提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between leisure satisfaction, physical and mental health and teachering effectiveness among various senior and vocational high school teachers. The collection of the data was from April 22, 2013 to May 10, 2013. A total of 450 questionnaires had been distributed, and 397 valid samples were retrieved, a response rate of 88.2%. SPSS 19.0 for Windows was used in satistical analysis of this study. The following data analysis mathods were used: reliability analysis, analyzed descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, and regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows:The Leisure Satisfaction, Physical and Mental Health, and Teachering Effectiveness of senior and vocational high school teachers were partially and significantly different from properties of their backfrounds.The Leisure Satisfaction of senior and vocational high school significantly influences on Physical and Mental Health and Teaching Effectiveness. The Physical and Mental Health of senior and vocational high school significantly influences on Teaching Effectiveness.With higher Leisure Satisfaction, senior and vocational high school teachers will have better Physical and Mental Healths and better Teaching Effectiveness. Furthermore, with better Physical and Mental Healths, their Teaching Effectiveness will also be promoted. Based on the findings of this study and the reference articles, further discussions were concluded in this study. Moreover, relavant suggestions to senior and vocational high school teachers, schools, the authorities and the follow-up studying were also given in this study.
