幼兒園教師工作壓力與休閒參與之研究-以嘉義縣市為例

A Study on Job Stress and Leisure Participation of Kindergarten Teachers in Chia Yi Area

摘要


本研究目的旨在了解嘉義縣幼兒園教師工作壓力與休閒參與的現況,並分析不同背景變項的嘉義縣市幼兒園教師在工作壓力、休閒參與變項中的差異情形,本研究採用工作壓力量表、休閒參與量表。以全面普查方式進行,總計發出209份,回收160份,回收率77%;經剔除無效問卷後,得有效問卷158份,有效率99%。本研究以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較皮爾森積差相關及迴歸等統計方式進行資料處理,研究結果如下:一、嘉義縣市幼兒園教師的整體工作壓力屬於中上程度。而在工作壓力的四個層面中,壓力感受由高至低依序為「工作負荷」、「工作回饋」、「人際關係」、「教學自主」。二、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、學校類別的嘉義縣市幼兒園教師在工作壓力各層面有顯著差異。而不同教育程度、擔任職務、學校所在地的嘉義縣公幼兒園教師在工作壓力各層面無顯著差異。三、幼兒園教師的休閒參與的類型中,以從事「家庭活動性」最高,其次為「休憩性」,再其次為「知識性」,接著為「社交服務性」,再接著為「娛樂性」,接著為「運動性」,最後為「嗜好閒逸性」之休閒活動。四、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、學校類別的嘉義縣市幼兒園教師在休閒參與各層面有顯著差異。而不同教育程度、擔任職務、學校所在地的嘉義縣市幼兒園教師在休閒參與各層面達顯著差異。五、工作壓力與休閒參與之間關係呈現負相關。

The study aims to understand the current status among job stress and leisure participation of kindergarten teachers in Chiayi Area, and to analyze the discrepancy on individual background variables. The research adopted two scales, including Job Stress and Leisure Participation. The subjects are using stratified random sampling to investigate. The total of 209 questionnaires are issued, 160 responses were collected with 158 valid responses received, which account for 77% of all the questionnaires handed out. After statistical analysis, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe comparative method, Pearson product-moment correlation and so on, conclusions are made. The followings are the summary of the study: 1. The overall job stress level of the kindergarten teachers in Chiayi Area is above average. And in the four levels of job stress from high to low are: "Work Load", "Job Feedback", "Interpersonal Relationship" and "teaching autonomy". 2. The levels of perceived work stress of kindergarten teachers in Chiayi Area differ significantly due to the difference in age, marital status, seniority and school type. The levels of perceived work stress of kindergarten teachers in Chiayi Area has no significant difference in education level, positions and school location 3. In the types of kindergarten teacher's leisure participation, "Family Activity" is the highest, follow by "Recreational", "Informative", "Social Services", "Entertainment", "Exercise" and "Hobby" is the lowest type of the leisure participation. 4. The levels of leisure participation of kindergarten teachers in Chiayi Area differ significantly due to the different age, marital status, seniority and school type. The levels of leisure participation of kindergarten teachers in Chiayi Area differ significantly in education level, positions and school location.5.The results of the study shown that there was a negative correlation between Job Pressure and Leisure Participation.
