逢甲夜市的服務接觸、體驗價值與品牌體驗模式的探討

摘要


應用結構方程模式探討逢甲夜市的服務接觸、體驗價值與品牌體驗模式,研究結果顯示:(一)逢甲夜市服務接觸顯著影響遊客的體驗價值;(二)逢甲夜市體驗價值顯著影響遊客的品牌體驗;(三)逢甲夜市服務接觸對遊客品牌體驗影響不顯著。建議政府打造環保、新潮及安全夜市。

We used the structural equation model to discuss the service encounter, experiential value and brand experience mode of Fengjia night market. The results showed that the service encounter significantly affect experiential value, experiential value significantly affect brand experience and service encounter can not make significant impact on the brand experience. Therefore, we suggested that the government to build a eco-friendly, fashionable and safe night market.
