本研究目的在於探討督導者督導評量對於受督者在諮商歷程中所造成的影響與其心理調適情形。本研究對象為四位完成諮商心理師全年實習並曾接受諮商督導評量者,本研究採用質性研究中深度訪談法,以主題分析法進行訪談資料分析。本研究結果如下:(1)督導評量確實會影響督導關係,此與督導者之督導形式、督導風格與督導期待有關;(2)受督者接受督導評量有壓力反應時,督導者覺察評估其壓力與之溝通,且受督者調整因應乃準心理師心理調適之關鍵;(3)督導評量對督導關係及督導成效之影響因子,分析歸納出「適切的督導目標」、「明確的回饋結構」和「立即的情緒支持」三大向度,並分別有「評估諮商效能」及「符合需求期待」、「提供多元資訊」及「回應具體明確」、「重視督導關係」及「適時正向鼓勵」六項因子。本研究根據研究結果提出具體可行之建議,期望能拋磚引玉提供諮商督導實務工作者以及後續研究者參考。
With four participants in counseling training programs as interviewees, the research employed in-depth interview technique to find out participants’ views in the following aspects: (1) Supervisor evaluation impact supervisory relationship; (2)Both supervisees’ coping were and supervisees’ coping were the successful psychological adjusting process when counseling psychology interns had stress reaction in supervisory process, and (3) The supervisor evaluation phases included supervisory goal, feedback structure and emotional support.Based on the findings, suggestions are offered for reference regarding counseling guidance, internship, training, evaluation and selection of counseling supervisors.
