本研究從稻米產業文化觀點,分析台灣農村觀光資源,期以發展稻米產業觀光之策略。研究選擇3處稻米產銷專業區為研究對象,透過田野觀察與深度訪談,輔以次級資料,觀察個案因稻米產業所形成之農村特色、具體米食產品與體驗活動內容,以及社區發展影響等層面;並據以整理台灣稻米產業觀光吸引力之元素,例如,因遊客參與稻米產業文化所形成之娛樂性體驗、農學(agronomy)知識之體驗、農村服務設施之品質,以及分享居民耕種之自信等。最後,本研究建議以:應用資源基礎理論、創意稻米產業觀光元素、農村形成推動稻米產業觀光之機制,以及以稻米產業觀光體驗活動發展休閒教育等,建構推動台灣稻米產業觀光之策略。
This study analyzes the tourism resources in the countryside in Taiwan by considering the rice industrial culture. The result of the study is expected to contribute to the strategies for developing the rice industrial tourism. Conducting the case studies in three Rice Production and Sale Special Districts, this study is aimed to find the elements of tourism attractions of the rice industrial tourism in Taiwan with reference to the observation of the local characteristics related to the rice industry. By field observation, in-depth interview, and literature review, the findings show that the elements including the entertainment experience built by the tourists' participation and the experience of agronomical learning etc. According to this study, it is suggested to promote the development of rice industrial tourism in Taiwan by the originality in industrial factors, rural associations, and the experience activities providing leisure education.
