遊客參與農村稻米產業文化體驗活動對休閒教育功能之研究

本研究藉由臺灣農村稻米產業文化之內容，分析遊客經參與不同類型之稻米產業文化體驗活動，對其休閒教育功能影響之研究。選定4個稻米產銷專業區採便利性抽樣，獲得有效問卷381份；採用因素分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及多元迴歸等統計分析，結合研究者田野觀察得到下列結論：首先，遊客在參與操作型以及欣賞型的體驗活動中，均受到遊客參與之目的、教育程度、職業別、參與天數等因素，而影響其休閒教育功能之發展。此外，遊客在參與操作型體驗活動，特別會因為參與同伴的因素而影響其休閒教育的功能；而在參與欣賞型體驗活動中，也特別因遊客之年齡因素而影響其休閒教育的功能。最後，遊客參與二類型之稻米產業文化體驗活動，不僅均對形成休閒情意之能力具最正向關係，而且參與活動程度愈高，愈影響其休閒能力之形成。本研究依據休閒教育所衍生的功能效果，對休閒教育之後續研究以及推動休閒產業之組織如何應用休閒教育的概念均提出建議。

ABSTRACT This study refers to the rice industrial culture in Taiwan and amis to know how its functions on leisure education might be influenced by the different activities which tourists experience. Convenience sampling is conducted in 4 different rice production and sale special districts, and 381 effective questionnaires are gotten. According to the statistic results including factor analysis, t test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis, and to the field observation, this study provides with the following findings: Firstly, when tourists experience some operational activities and do sightseeing about rice industrial culture, their destinations, education, occupations, and how many days they spend for recreation will influence its functions of leisure education. Secondly, when tourists experience the operational activities, the fuction of the leisure education will be influenced especially by with whom they take the recreation activities; when they do the sightseeing, the fuction will be influenced by their ages. Thirdly, tourists will appreciate leisure by both experiencing operational activities and doing sightseeing. Besides, the more they participat in the recreation activities, the more leisure skills they get. Referreing to the effects of leisure education, this study make some suggestions both to future studies of leisure education and to some agricultural extension organizations.
