一般旅館核心能力指標建構之研究

A Study of the General Hotels Core Competence Construct Evaluation Criteria

摘要


本研究目的於透過與學術界、政府單位及產業界等方面對於一般旅館業者核心能力的看法。本研究方法主要有三大重點步驟,首先採用專家深入訪談法,取得諸位專家學者對於一般旅館核心能力的看法,接著進行第一階段德爾菲專家問卷調查方式及第二階段之分析層級程序法專家問卷,以求得一般旅館經營管理者須具備的核心能力指標,並且依照權重分數予以排序。本研究結果顯示,總體目標下的四個指標構面權重結果以「組織內部」為最重要,依序為「員工職能」、「組織外部」及「員工潛力」;在整體層級架構下商務旅館在組織內部、組織外部、員工職能及員工潛力等核心能力表現皆優於都市旅館、休閒旅館及汽車旅館。

The objective of this research is to detect and discuss the core competence of general hotels from the view of academic community, political institution and the industry. There are three main steps in this study: (1) generating the opinions of scholars via the form of discussion. (2) Questionnaire employing Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarch Process to gather standard core competences required to be a manager in general hotels. (3) Rearranging the results according to Weight Score. This research shows that among the four criterions, intra-organizational ability weighted the most, followed by employee competency, outer-organizational ability and development potential. It also discovered the performance of core competence of business hotels is better than urban hotels, leisure hotels and motels in terms of intra-organizational ability, employee competency, outer-organizational ability and development potential.
