透過方案實習課程探討銀髮健康促進活動方案對高齡者功能性體適能之成效評估

A Case Study of the Effect of Health-Promoting Activity Program for Senior fitness by Program Internship Course

摘要


本研究在方案實習課程中,指導學生撰寫與執行活動方案,設計一套兼顧功能性與懷舊風格的銀髮健康促進活動方案,採立意取樣的方式,選擇南投市社區銀髮健身俱樂部據點之16位高齡者為對象,透過單組前後測設計,探討本活動方案介入前、後,高齡者在健康狀況暨功能性體適能之差異。研究結果顯示,銀髮健康促進方案介入對健康狀態(身體質量指數BMI、腰臂圍)效果方面有些許進步;在功能性體適能項目,上下肢肌力、靜態平衡、動態平衡與敏捷性及心肺耐力皆有提升,唯在上下肢柔軟度部分無明顯改善。經訪談發現,許多長輩都非常期待每週的活動,對於運動搭配懷舊音樂,可增進想運動的動機與樂趣,心情覺得開心愉悅;多數長輩的精神狀況變好、睡眠品質提升、體重及血壓明顯下降,也改善緩解長輩腰酸背痛、手臂痠麻的狀況。最後,本研究未來可進一步推廣至其他社區銀髮健身俱樂部據點,除了可使高齡者體能狀況改善之外,還可增加增進高齡者活動參與動機及提升人際互動關係。

In the program practice course, this study instructed students to write and implement activity plans. By designing a set of elders' Health-promoting activity program that take into account both functionality and nostalgic style. Adopting the method of intentional sampling, and choose 16 senior citizens from an elder club base in Nantou City. As the object, through a single-group pre- and post-test design, to explore the difference between the health status and functional physical fitness of the elderly before and after the intervention of this activity program. Results of this study showing that the elders' Health-promoting activity program intervention has made some progress in the effect of health status (body mass index, waist and arm circumference). In functional physical fitness items, such as upper and lower limb muscle strength, static balance, dynamic balance, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance that have been improved. Only the flexibility of the upper and lower limbs did not improve significantly. Found through interviews, many elders are looking forward to weekly activities. Pairing exercise with nostalgic music can increase the motivation and pleasure of exercising, and feel happy. Some elders have a slight decrease in weight and blood pressure, which also improves the relief of elders' backaches and numbness of the arms. Finally, this study can be extended to other elder clubs in the future. In addition to improving the physical condition of the elderly, it can also increase the motivation of the elderly to participate in activities and enhance the interpersonal relationship.
