The aim of this study is to investigate the relationships among participation motivation, leisure involvement, flow experience, and leisure benefits of table tennis players. A questionnaire survey was conducted with table tennis players in Taiwan, and a total of 312 valid responses were collected for analysis. Structural equation modelling was employed to examine the relationships among the variables. The results of the study revealed that participation motivation and leisure involvement have a positive and significant impact on flow experience, while leisure involvement has a positive and significant effect on leisure benefits. Additionally, flow experience was found to have a positive and significant relationship with leisure benefits. Based on these findings, table tennis promotion strategies are proposed.
