藥學系學生畢業流向之研究-UCAN職能平台之應用

A Study on the Flow Direction of Pharmacy Graduates - An Application of UCAN Platform

摘要


本研究利用教育部大專校院就業職能UCAN職能平台次級資料與職涯發展暨校友服務中心資料庫,針對大仁科技大學藥學系學生畢業流向進行統計分析,結果發現藥學系畢業生通過藥師國考、取得專業證照與否,對於畢業流向與職涯發展具有關鍵影響力,藥學系女生在畢業後求職就業相對於男生有顯著較佳表現。雖然50%的藥學系學生於畢業前已就業,但是畢業滿5年以上者仍有約15%處於結構性失業或磨擦性失業狀態;近年除創新能力有改進空間外,藥學系學生在其餘各項共通職能均相對於往年顯著提升,至於現行工作較為重要的學習經驗,則依序為「專業知識/知能傳授」、「同學及老師人脈」與「志工服務/服務學習」。

In order to investigate the flow direction of pharmacy graduates from Tajen University, the data resources of this study were obtained through University Career and Competency Assessment Network platform (UCAN), and databank of the Career Development and Alumni Service Center of Tajen University, the statistical data were acquired from questionnaires filled by graduates who have graduated for one year, three years and five years. The analysis results revealed that pass the pharmacist license examination has a significant impact on the flow direction of graduates and their career development, the female pharmacy students have more competitive than the male pharmacy students in the workplace after graduation. Although a half of pharmacy students can find jobs with ease before graduation, there are about 15% graduates have been unemployed till now, that is considered structural unemployment or frictional unemployment. Except innovating abilities, the most general competences of pharmacy students have improved than one year before, the process of learning experience from the university educational system are more important in their current workplace, mainly includes professional knowledge, friend sourcing, volunteer service or service learning.
