摘要
近年來戲曲國體不斷推出加入新的元素豐富傳統京劇，期望創造出現代化的京劇，從音樂、服裝、劇本等方面加入新意，取材於流行藝術、西方傳統、甚或是從東方傳統中取新意，目標就是希望將一般觀眾刻板的戲曲加以變化，使之符合現代需求，增加欣賞戲曲的觀衆。二十年來，當代傳奇劇場持續探索東方劇場美學的可能性，不論是改編西方名劇，或重新詮釋傳統老戲，融合東西方劇場藝術、開闢傳統戲曲新道路，已成爲當代傳奇劇場獨有的精神與特色，這是當代傳奇劇場的創團理念。 戲曲現代化是目前台灣戲曲團努力的目標，近年推出的作品許多也都朝著這個目標努力。本文希望藉由分析評論當代傳奇《夢蝶》之作，以單一作品探之，爲何需要戲曲現代化、如何實踐、跨領域後遭遇的問題、以及其發展可能。希望以小窺大的精神藉由當代傳奇《夢蝶》來探究臺灣劇場戲曲現代化現況與問題。

Chinese Opera group has introduced in recent years by adding new elements rich tradition of Chinese Opera, created expectations of modern Chinese opera, music, costumes, scripts and other aspects of accession novelty, drawing on popular arts, traditional Western, or even from the east and from new traditions, goals is the hope that the stereotype of the average viewer will be changes in Chinese Opera, bringing them in line with modem needs, increasing the audience appreciate the Chinese Opera. For 20 years. the Contemporary Legend Theatre continuing to explore the possibility of Oriental theater aesthetic, whether adaptation of Western plays, or re-interpretation of traditional opera, theatre arts integration of East and West, traditional Chinese opera opened up a new road has become a unique Contemporary Legend Theatre spirit and characteristics, it is the creators of the Contemporary Legend Theatre group concept. Chinese Opera is the modernization efforts of the Chinese Opera Company of Taiwan targets, in recent years, introduced many works are efforts towards this objective. This paper hopes to take advantage of the Contemporary Legend ”The Butterfly Dream” for, the exploration of a single work, the need for modernization of Chinese Opera, how to practice, and after the experience of cross-cutting issues, as well as its development potential. Hope to see small by the spirit of the Contemporary Legend ”The Butterfly Dream” Taiwan to explore modem Chinese Opera Theatre and the status of the issue.
