從籃球攻守紀錄解讀其對比賽結果的影響－以2010-2011年第七屆超級籃球聯賽例行賽為例

摘要

本研究目的為探討台灣超級籃球聯賽（Super Basketball League, SBL）之各項攻守紀錄表現及其差異的情形。方法：以2010-2011年SBL 例行賽7個隊伍的30場攻守紀錄統計結果為研究對象。以描述性統計與獨立樣本t考驗等統計方法進行分析，統計考驗力水準訂為α= .05。所得結果如下：戰績排名較佳的球隊在2分球與3分球命中率高於排名較差的球隊，相反地，進攻籃板球戰績排名較差的球隊高於排名較佳的球隊；在兩組的差異性考驗方面，10項攻守數據的差異，皆未達統計的考驗水準。但整體而言，在投籃命中率（2分球、3分球、罰球）、防守籃板、助攻、抄截、阻攻等，較優組高於較劣組的趨勢。反之，較劣組在進攻籃板、失誤、犯規的數據高於較優組。籃球比賽屬於一種複雜且多變化的競技運動，在比賽情境中有許多因素會直接或間接的影響比賽的勝負，若以單純的攻守紀錄來看，2分球與3分球命中率扮演著決定比賽結果的關鍵角色。本研究闡述SBL籃球攻防技術之發展現況，提供教練從事籃球運動訓練之參考，並且讓喜愛籃球運動的觀眾球迷在觀賞精采球賽之餘，更深入了解籃球之攻防技術的表現。

Purpose: To analyze and compare the records of offensive and defensive performances among seven teams of 2010-2011Super Basketball League (SBL). The offensive and defensive records were analyzed and compared from 30 matches of the regular season. Methods: Data analysis including descriptive statistics and t-test in the present study. Variables included 10 skills: 2-point shooting percentage,3-point shooting percentage, free throw percentage, offensive rebound, defensive rebound, assistance, steal, block, foul, and turnover; the significance level was set at α = .05. Results: The ranking front teams were higher than ranking rear teams in 2-point shooting percentage and 3-point shooting percentage. Conversely, the ranking front teams were lower than ranking rear teams in offensive rebound. Additionally, there is no significance difference in all records of offensive and defensive performances, but the front grade was higher than rear grade in 2-point shooting percentage, 3-point shooting percentage, free throw percentage, defensive rebound, assistance, steal and block, and the rear grade was higher front grade in offensive rebound, foul, and turnover. Conclusion: Obviously, 2-point shooting percentage and 3-point shooting percentage were played an importance role on the basketball game. On the other hand, in the complicated team games of basketball, the most important thing is not only personal performances, but every player's team work of offensive and defensive attitudes. Implications, applications, and future directions of this are also discussed.
