後現代主義對學校體育組織與管理的衝擊和省思

The Impact and Reflection of the Organization and Management of Physical Education through Postmodernism

摘要


現代科層體制為個人提供了期望得以實現的機制,但也衍生出許多潛在的問題。本文的目的,在於探討後現代主義對現代學校體育組織與管理的衝擊,並加以省思而後提出因應之道。採用文獻分析的方法,從後現代思潮有關學校管理觀的五大衝擊,包括:學校領導的含義、社區化的個人觀、注重科技發展、注重教育管理中的美及開發批判性管理哲學等五方面來進行論述。探討結果指出:在後現代主義的衝擊下,省思現代學校體育組織與管理有關的組織本身、組織中的個人觀、管理的觀點、管理的方式、及管理的實踐等五方面,需有適當的因應措施。結論指出,要從後現代主義的管理理念中,擷取現代學校體育組織與管理相關問題的因應之道,並落實在實際的組織運作中。

The modern bureaucracy offered people the form to accomplish their expecting, but it drove many problems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact and reflection of the modern organization and management of physical education through postmodernism. And adopted the method of literature analysis from five topics about school's management views, these were including: the concepts of school's leading, the personal views in community, the development of technology, the pleasing in educational management, and the development of critical management philosophy to discourse. The result showed on five events that included: organization, the personal views in organization, the management views, the forms of management, and took management into practice. The conclusion indicated that we had to pick the solving methods of modern organization and management of physical education through postmodernism management views, and carried it out in organization.
