本研究的目的為:一、探討健身運動參與頻率與健身運動意像之間的關係。二、探討運動享樂感與健身運動意像之間的關係。本研究以中台醫護技術學院之學生384名為受試對象(男性45位,女性339位)。以健身運動意像量表和運動享樂感量表為研究工具。並將所蒐集的資料以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析和多元逐步迴歸分析來探討。獲得的結果如下:一、每週參與三次以上健身運動者較每週參與一次健身運動者有較多的健身運動意像(技巧、外表/健康、活力)。二、每週從事二次健身運動者較每週從事一次健身運動者有較多的健身運動意像(技巧、外表/健康)。三、健身運動意像(活力、技巧、外表/健康)可以有效地預測運動享樂感。
The purposes of this research were: 1. to compare the difference of exercise imagery (technique, energy, appearance/health) among different frequency of exercise participants (more than 3 times/per week, 2 times/per week, 1 time/per week), 2. to examine the influence of exercise imagery (technique, energy, appearance/health) on exercise enjoyment. The subjects were 384 collegiate students (45 males and 339 females) in Chung Tai Institute of Health Sciences and Technology. The research tool were ”Exercise Imagery Scale” and ”Exercise Enjoyment Scale”. The collected data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA (independent) and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The participants who participate more than 3 times (per week) score better than the participants who participate 1 time (per week) on exercise imagery (technique, appearance/health, energy). 2. The participants who participate 2 times (per week) score better than the participants who participate 1 time (per week) on exercise imagery (technique, appearance/health). 3. Exercise enjoyment was predicted by energy imagery, technique imagery and appearance/health imagery.
