本研究之目的旨於瞭解體育教師在教學活動中對於學生的讚美行為,並發展出一份具有信效度的體育教師讚美量表。本研究以256位國立大學學生為研究對象。本量表經探索性因素分析後,發現本量表由「運用時機」、「態度真誠」、「正向效果」、「出現頻率」、與「特定對象」五個因素所構成。本量表以所得五個因素進行項目分析,結果顯示所有的題目均符合決斷值的規定。在定題後進行信度考驗,發現五個分量表的Cronbach α係數分別為.89、.94、.92、.88及.82,總量表之重測信度係數為.93。其次,以探索性因素分析進行效度考驗,發現五個分量表能解釋總變異量為76.33%。由此可知,本量表具有可接受的信度與效度。
This study aimed to realize the praise behavior of physical education teachers during their teaching process and to develop a reliable physical education teacher's praise inventory. The subjects of the study were 256 students drawn form national Chiao-Tong university. By using exploratory factor analysis, we acquired ”the timing of use”, ”sincere attitude”, ”positive effect”, ”appear frequency”, and ”specific subject” five factors. The results of utilized item analysis with these five factors, all items were fitted in with the requisition of Critical Ratio. After reliability test, the Cronbach α coefficient of five scales reached .89, .94, .92, .88 and .82. Then the finding of factor analysis on validity test, these five factors can explain 76.33% total variance. It revealed that the reliability and validity of this inventory were acceptable.
