體育教師教學準備量表之信度與效度分析

An Analysis on Reliability and Validity of Physical Education Teacher's Teaching Preparation Inventory

摘要


本研究之目的旨於瞭解體育教師在每學期與每節體育課上課之前,對於教學計畫以及所有事前準備之實際情形,並發展出一份具有信效度的體育教師準備量表。本研究以231位國中小學體育教師為研究對象,經探索性因素分析後,發現本量表由「單元計畫」、「教學對象」、「場地器材」、「教學策略」、「教學態度」、與「教學評量」六個因素所構成。本量表以所得六個因素進行項目分析,結果顯示所有的題目均符合決斷值的規定。在定題後進行信度考驗,發現六個分量表的Cronbach α係數分別為.79、.88、.78、.89、.91及.89。其次,以探索性因素分析進行效度考驗,發現六個分量表能解釋總變異量為70.10%。由此可知,本量表具有可接受的信度與效度。

In order to realize the teaching preparation of physical education teachers before their teaching process, we thought it really depended on the providing of an accurate measuring instrument. At present we need indeed physical education teacher's teaching preparation inventory. This study aimed at creating an exploratory questionnaire to establish a reliable physical education teacher's teaching preparation questionnaire. The pilot study utilized item analysis and factor analysis to create construct validity. We acquired ”unit plan”, ”teaching object”, ”teaching facility and equipment”, ”teaching strategy”, ”teaching attitude”, and ”teaching evaluation” six factors. These six factors can explain 70.10 % total variance. As for reliability, Cronbach's α and retest coefficient reached .9230 and .9187. It revealed that inner coherent and stability of this questionnaire were rather reliable and can be provided as a measuring instrument of physical education teacher’s teaching preparation.
