本研究旨在探討銀髮族(65歲以上)與準銀髮族(50-64歲)於安康旅遊(wellness tourism)目標下,對SPA服務需求之差異,俾對後續建構設計銀髮族安康旅遊SPA服務體系與管理有所助益。經針對高雄市2008年50-64歲以及65歲以上之人口共447人進行問卷調查,透過驗證性因素分析發現:一、安康旅遊SPA服務需求共有「身」、「健康學習與照護」、「營養飲食」、「放鬆」、「設施提供」、「社會接觸」與「環境敏感度」等7個因素,其中「放鬆」、「設施提供」與「環境敏感度」是受訪者對安康SPA服務需求較高的因素。二、銀髮族對於「健康學習與照護」、「營養飲食」、「社會接觸」與「環境敏感度」因素需求程度顯著高於準銀髮族;而準銀髮族在安康SPA「設施提供」因素需求程度顯著高於銀髮族,在「身」與「放鬆」部分則差異不顯著,而銀髮族對於「學習與照護」、「營養飲食」、「社會接觸」與「環境敏感度」因素需求程度則顯著高於準銀髮族。三、低旅遊消費組(每次SPA旅遊消費2千元以下)在SPA旅遊時「社會接觸」與「環境敏感度」的需求程度明顯高於高旅遊消費組,其餘因素差異不顯著。
The study explored the need for spa services in wellness tourism of the aging people and compared these service needs in seniors and pre-seniors in Kaohsiung City. Similarities and differences in the spa service needs between seniors and pre-seniors were tested by means of confirmatory factory analysis and one-way ANOVA. The data suggested that this is a seven dimensional construct: ”body”, ”health learning and care”, ”nutrition and diet”, ”relaxation”, ”facility”, ”social contact” and ”environment sensitivity”. The results revealed that pre-seniors respondents had significantly higher demand on ”facility” than seniors respondents. Seniors respondents had significantly higher demand on ”health learning and care” ”nutrition and diet”, ”social contacts”, and ”environmental sensitivity”. However, among those respondents with less travel spending, the mean demand on ”social contact” and ”environment sensitivity” were higher than respondents with more travel spending.
