南部鋼鐵業職工休閒參與、工作壓力及身心健康之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討南部鋼鐵業職工休閒參與、工作壓力與身心健康間的相關性，並且瞭解人口背景變項在休閒參與、工作壓力與身心健康上之差異情形。研究以中鴻鋼鐵、燁聯鋼鐵、盛餘鋼鐵等三間南部鋼鐵廠內的職工為對象，採取便利抽樣之方式進行問卷調查，調查期間為2018年12月，共計發出450份問卷，回收有效問卷450份。差異分析結果顯示，性別、年齡、職稱、服務年資及服務職場在工作壓力、身心健康及休閒參與皆達到顯著差異。相關分析結果顯示，工作壓力與身心健康具有顯著中度偏高的負相關，而工作壓力與休閒參與具有顯著低度正相關。最後，根據研究結果提出管理與未來研究建議。

The purpose of this study is to investigate leisure participation, work stress and physical and mental health of workers in steel industry. In this study, questionnaire survey method was used to study the southern steel industry: Yulian Iron and Steel / Zhonghong Iron and Steel and Shengyu Iron and Steel. A total of 450 valid questionnaires were received during December in 2018. The results reveal that there are differences on work stress, physical and mental health, leisure participation regarding respondents' gender, age, position, seniority and company. Furthermore, significant relationships are also found between work stress and physical and mental health, as well as work stress and leisure participation. Finally, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are proposed.
