本研究目的有二,一是瞭解大學生參與體育課之情意、樂趣對滿意度之預測情形;二是大學生參與體育課之情意、樂趣對運動幸福感之預測情形,研究對象為大學日間部修習體育課學生605位(男性274人、女性331人,平均年齡20.33+3.08),方法採用問卷調查法,研究工具為體育課情意、樂趣、滿意度及運動幸福感量表,資料分析包括:描述性統計、Pearson積差相關、階層迴歸等。結果:一、大學生參與體育課之正向情意能有效預測樂趣及滿意度,樂趣能有效預測滿意度,且樂趣具有部分中介角色;二、大學生參與體育課之情意(正向及負向情意)能有效預測樂趣及運動幸福感,樂趣能夠有效預測運動幸福感,且樂趣具有部分中介效果。結論:大學生參與體育課之正向情意、樂趣能有效預測滿意度。而大學生參與體育課之情意(正向及負向情意)、樂趣能有效預測運動幸福感。未來大學體育課的規劃,應加強大學生對體育課之正向情意,提升大學生對體育課樂趣,進而提升其滿意度及運動幸福感。
The purposes of this study were to predict the satisfaction and well-being in sport for participating physical education programs of the college students by affection, and fun. The subjects were 605 college students (male=274, female =331) to participate physical education programs in Taiwan. The research method was the questionnaire, and instrument was the Scale for Affection, Fun, Satisfaction and well-being in sport for participating physical education programs. These data were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression. The results were as in the following: a) the fun and satisfaction for participating physical education programs of the college students were predicted by the positive affection, and the satisfaction of them was predicted by the fun. In addition, the fun of them had the partial mediating effect between the positive affection and satisfaction. b) the fun and well-being in sport for participating physical education programs of the college students were predicted by the positive affection and negative affection, and the well-being of sport of them was predicted by the fun. In addition, the fun of them had the partial mediating effect between the affection (positive and negative) and well-being in sport. In conclusion, the satisfaction for participating physical education programs of the college students was predicted by the positive affection and fun. Furthermore, the well-being in sport for participating physical education programs for them was predicted by the affection and fun. It advised that physical education programs were needed to redesign to improve the positive affection and fun, and to enhance the satisfaction and well-being in sport of the college students.
