目的:建立運動技術主觀評量的新程序,促使運動技術主觀評量達到標準化。方法:透過質性運動技術分析及三角驗證法與德懷術建構主觀評分檢核表,然後以評量桌球反手擰球技術為例,執行主觀技術評量工作,透過實際測驗,試行運動主觀評量新程序,分析結果、檢討利弊缺失,歸納資料,改進初步程序;建立運動技術主觀評量程序,分三個階段依序完成:首先是探索性研究法;其次是實驗法;最後為歸納法。結果:以多元化方式建構出五個單元不間斷概念循環,包括:「測驗前的準備」、「建構主觀評量內容」、「收集資料」、「評分者培訓」、「多層面RASCH模式估計測驗品質」,而形成本研究運動技術主觀評量環式程序,每個單元皆能獨立完整運作,而且設有各自的回饋路徑。結論:運動主觀評量的循環式程序,能處理許多新建技術測驗、評量實務、評分問題、及估計精確品質等,故此程序適合運動主觀評量之用。
Purpose: This research proposes a novel procedure for performing subjective motor skills assessment to promote the standardization of this type of assessment. Methods: Through the application of qualitative motor skills analysis, triangulation, and the Delphi technique, a subjective scoring checklist was developed. A subjective skill assessment involving the assessment of the backhand technique in table tennis was performed. Through actual testing, the new procedure for performing subjective motor assessments was tested. The results were analyzed; the advantages, disadvantages, and deficiencies of the procedure were reviewed; the collected data were summarized; and the initial procedure was improved. The motor skills subjective assessment procedure was developed in three stages, namely (1) exploratory research, (2) experimental method, and (3) method-of-induction stages. Results: Multiple methods were applied to construct five units of uninterrupted concept cycles (i.e., pretest preparation, construction of subjective assessment content, data collection, scorer training, and multifaceted Rasch model), enabling the establishment of the proposed cyclic procedure for performing motor skills subjective assessments. Each unit completed its operations independently and used its own feedback path. Conclusion: The cyclic procedure can be employed to manage multiple newly established technique tests, assessment practices, scoring problems, and precision quality estimations. Therefore, this procedure is suitable for performing subjective motor skills assessments.
