長者投入志工服務提昇自我效能探討
Discussion on the participation of senior people in volunteer service to enhance the effectiveness of health promotion

Taiwan entered the ＂ aged society ＂ in 2018 that means the population already over the age of 65 has exceeded 14% . Elderly become a important group in demography. This study uses Bandura's ＂self-efficacy＂ theory to empirically identify elderly volunteers who participate in community care sites to help improve self-efficacy.
