國中生活科技教室安全檢核表之建構

A Construction of Safety Checklist for Living Technology Classroom in Junior High School

摘要


十二年國教將「生活科技」從「自然與生活科技」中獨立出來,併同「資訊科技」合為科技領域,以往學校建置之工藝教室已不敷使用,有鑑於此,教育部挹注經費建置生活科技教室,採購大量電動機具與手工具,提供師生良好之學習環境。生活科技與其他科目差異在於學生有使用工具及機具的需求,然至今為止,安全檢核表多由各縣市自行訂定,尚未有統一檢核項目。本研究起初以「高雄市生活科技教室檢核表」為基礎,邀請6位現職國中生活科技教師與9位培育生活科技師資之大學教授,對檢核表進行初步調整,之後邀請8位專家學者進行德懷術(Delphitechnique),以平均數達總分75%以上(4.5分)及四分位差≦.60作為達到共識的標準,建構出「空間規劃」、「場域安全」、「人員安全」、「設備安全」、「電氣安全」、「管理安全」6大構面、12項指標與52條檢核內容。

In 12-year Compulsory Education, "Living Technology" was separated from "Nature and Living Technology" and merged with "Information Technology" into the field of "technology." Since the Craft Classroom built in the past are not available, Ministry of Education in Taiwan injects funds to purchase a lot of machines and tools, decorating Living Technology Classrooms to provide a good learning environment for teachers and students. The difference between Living Technology and other subjects is that students have to use tools and machinery. However, there is no unified safety checklists so far, most of that have been drawn up by the counties. This research used "Kaohsiung Living Technology Classroom Checklist" as the basis, make preliminary adjustments to the checklist by inviting 6 Living Technology teachers in junior high school, and 9 professors who training Living Technology teacher. Then inviting 8 professors do Delphitechnique. The consensus standard is that the average score is more than 75% of the total score (4.5 points) and the interquartile range ≦.60. Constructing six dimensions: "Space Planning", "Site Safety", "Personnel Safety", "Equipment Safety", "Electrical Safety", "Management Safety", 12 indicators, and 52 inspection contents.
