高雄市公立國民中小學「資訊教育推動小組執行秘書」工作滿意度之研究

A Study of Job Satisfaction of MIS Members in the Public Elementary & Junior High Schools in Kaohsiung

摘要


本研究旨在探討高雄市國民中小學資訊教育推動小組執行秘書的工作滿意現況,及其在不同個人背景變項(性別、年齡、婚姻狀況及專長)與不同工作背景變項(任教學校種類、任教年資、擔任職務、擔任資教小組執秘年資、學校規模、任課節數、任教類別、兼任其他行政及擔任資教小組執秘原因)的差異情形。 研究工具爲「高雄市公立國民中小學資訊教育推動小組執行秘書工作滿意度調查問卷」,根據研究結果,本研究從行政、教學及未來研究等方面提出相關之建議。

The purpose of this research was to explore the job satisfaction of MIS Members in the public elementary and junior high schools in Kaohsiung as well as the difference between variables of personal background (gender, age, marital status, and specialties) and those of working background (types of schools, years of teaching, posts, years of assuming MIS Members, school scales, lecture hours, subjects of teaching, whether they held other concurrent administrative posts, and whether they were MIS Members). A survey research on MIS Members in the public elementary and junior high schools in Kaohsiung was conducted by questionnaire administration. 121 copies of questionnaire were sent out, of which 100 were returned effectively. The collected data were statistically analyzed by frequency distribution, percentile, standard deviation, mean, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Finally, based on the results, some concrete and related suggestions are proposed for school administration, teaching, and future research.
