In recent years, the phenomenon of Taiwan's declining birthrate has become more and more serious. On the other hand, under the pressure of teaching reform, teachers' work and stress burden are even heavier. Therefore, leisure participation should be able to resolve the aforementioned negative effects, but whether the satisfaction generated will be due to other The impact has changed and it is worth exploring further. This is the motivation of the research. In this study, through the investigation and research method, the stratified intentional sampling was adopted, and the effective samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and single-factor variation. The conclusions are as follows: Increasing the frequency of "leisure participation", improving the "emotional experience" and improving leisure benefits can enhance leisure satisfaction. Based on the above research results, it is recommended that the school can enhance the leisure experience of the teachers in the design of activities in daily life, and enhance leisure benefits and reduce leisure obstacles, which can improve leisure satisfaction.
