摘要


隨著社會的變遷、科技的發展及知識經濟的興起,產業結構也不斷轉型,影響了國內勞動人力的需求結構,職業訓練中心負有訓練產業人才的任務,為達成提昇與促進勞工就業能力的目標,職業訓練中心必須依企業所需之技能與職類未來發展之趨勢,發展符合培育企業界所需人力的課程計劃。以往職業訓練中心之職類課程調整與發展,均由負責該職類之訓練師,依所接觸之產業現況進行主觀式規劃與調整。為符合當前企業所需的職類人力需求,積極尋求職業訓練中心課程改善與調整,本研究將以冷凍空調課程為主要的探討對象,透過文獻探討、實地訪視、產學專家座談等方式,探究企業所需之技能與職類未來趨勢,發展更符合受訓學員就業所需之訓練課程,並提出建議,期能藉此提昇職業訓練中心自辦職類課程在產業之優勢,並增加結訓學員訓後之就業競爭能力。

The rising and developing of knowledge-based economy has influenced the demand structure for internal labor population and lead to the innovation of labor training projects. Vocational training is an effective approach towards developing human resource, enhancing industry technology and facilitating economic development as an operative way. In the past, the revise for training curriculum by the trainers of vocational training center and they will do some revise by the subjective experience. In the cause of training curriculum fit in with the present needs of enterprise, the vocational training center has seeking best way for the revise of the training curriculum actively. The objects of this study will focus on refrigeration-air condition curriculums. Through an informal discussion of specialists to probe the present needs and trend of enterprise, based on literature review and present curriculum analysis, visit on the spot of vocational training center to get some information for informal discussion. And finally, the main purpose of this article is to develop a more suitable training curriculum and promote competitive capability of student.
