探討以「線上教學系統及教學資料庫」建置數位學習教材內容設計之研究

摘要

二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代，人們需要不斷地學習來提昇自己的競爭力，把資訊融入生活並普及到社會大眾，由於資訊科技與電訊技術之突飛猛進，世界各國所建設之全球性資訊基礎架構已經改變資訊與資訊傳播的方式，而遠距教學也不再只是透過平面媒體或廣播電視系統之單向傳播，而是結合文字、影音多媒體、超媒體、網際網路，強調即時互動的變向視訊之新型態。
建立一個數位內容平台時，其實需要一個好的團對合作，才能建置出功能完善的平台，而且在領導一個數位內容的技術團隊，並不在於要具備所有的技術專長，而是在於如何有效整合及調配現有人力來完成專案，或是找到有效的資源來配合。
本研究將運用LAMP方式架構一「線上教學系統及教學資料庫」為教材建立的資料庫，並配合建構本研究所探討數位學習教材內容之發展方法。以下列三項目標為主軸：
1.開發線上教學系統及教學資料庫。
2.配合應用數位化教學教材開發，並以學習生活化之目的。
3.完成教學資料庫教材內容，強化教學與學習之取用。

The 21st century is the era of the knowledge economy, people need to be studying to promote one's own competitiveness constantly, incorporate life of information and run through the people, because information science and technology and telecom technology advance by leaps and bounds, the global information infrastructure of construction of countries all over the world has already changed the ways of information and information dissemination, and the long-distance teaching, no longer just through the spreading one-waylay of the level media or broadcast and television system, but combine characters, audio-visual multimedia, hypermedia, internet network, emphasize the new-type attitude to video-information of interdynamic becoming immediately.
Set up one several content at the platform, in fact need a good group to cooperating, could construction appear with perfect function platform, lead one several technological group of content, not lying in wanting technical expertise with all, how but lie in to combine and allocate existing manpower to finish the special project effectively, or found effective resources to cooperate.
This research will use the database set up for the teaching material of a 'the on-line tutoring system and teaching database' of the LAMP way structure, and cooperate and build and construct this research institute and discuss several and study the content development method of the teaching material. As the main shaft with the following three goals:
1. Develop the on-line tutoring system and teaching database.
2. Is it use digitization teaching material development to cooperate, and with purpose of study and life.
3. Finish the teaching database teaching material content; strengthen the taking of the teaching and study.
