校長領導對學校效能影響模式之探析

Exploring the Effect of Principal's Leadership on School Effectiveness: The Building and Analysis of Models

摘要


在教育領導研究上,校長領導對學校效能之影響一直為研究的核心議題,且已累積相當豐碩的研究成果。相較於國外,國內研究在校長領導對學校效能影響模式及統計分析策略上的認識較為薄弱。因之,有關此一主題的研究數量雖多,但多數仍偏向採取「直接」效果模式來詮釋校長領導與學校效能的關係。為擴展研究之視角,加深吾人對此研究主題之理解,本研究乃藉由文獻的蒐整,針對校長領導對學校效能影響之模式(直接、前置、中介、調節以及交互效果)、模式之統計分析方法,以及相關研究實例加以剖析,期盼經本研究之探討後,能有助日後研究之進展。

The exploration for the relationship between principal's leadership and school effectiveness has been a critical issue in the field of educational leadership. In contrast with researchers in other countries, most of Taiwan's researchers usually use direct effect model to explain the relationship between principal's leadership and school effectiveness; however, direct effect model is too simple to elucidate the complex relation between leadership and effectiveness. In addition to direct effect model, researchers could adopt antecedent effect, mediated effect, moderated effect, and reciprocal effect model to interpret the relationships between variables. The aim of this study is to clarify the building and testing of models to contribute to the development of the research topic about principal's leadership and school effectiveness.
