摘要


本文討論燃燒技術在全球石化工業目前面臨的狀況,從石化工業節能技術涵蓋範圍包括:最佳可行性技術、熱電整合、製程增進與製程整合、資源再利用與能源回收四項目,或最佳實行技術涵蓋的蒸氣、進料、燃料等三項目,均與燃燒技術相關,且石化工業最重要的反應程序與分離程序,其中包括加熱、蒸餾、裂解、與分餾過程分別均需要鍋爐、燃燒爐、裂解爐、燃燒塔與蒸餾塔等設備,與燃燒技術息息相關相關,因此如何從空燃比、排氣含氧量、排氣溫度、負載變動等方法加以適當的控制與調整,對於石化工業是非常重要的提高能源效率與降低污染排放的技術方法。
