摘要

本研究以探討選擇性觸媒系統中尿素水溶液噴注之噴嘴特性分析作為主要的研究目的，本研究共選用七種不同的商用噴嘴進行分析與比較，尿素噴霧之特性與噴霧特徵使用雷射診測技術加以量測並進行分析，所測得之結果將可作為引擎排氣管觸媒系統改善之依據、電腦輔助工程／電腦輔助設計整合，並可以針對應用選擇性觸媒系統於柴油車輛汙染控制之可行性評估。

The objective of this study is to analyze the spray characteristics of injectors using ureal solution based on the spray pattern and performance of the inejectos. The experiments are conducted using seven different commercial injectors. The urea solution is inected and is measured using laser-based imaging technique. The measured spray characteristics can suitably provide bases for exhaust pipe modifications, CAE/CAD integration and fesibility verification for SCR application to diesel vehicles.
