FT柴油混合POME使用在單汽缸直噴式柴油引擎之研究

摘要


目前使用的甲酯生質柴油混合燃料,都是將甲酯生質柴油添加混合在石化柴油中使用,由於石化柴油中的芳香烴和硫含量會造成空氣環境公害外,也對人體造成致癌的可能性,如使用不含硫份和芳香烴的FT柴油,不僅可改善環境空氣品質對人體的傷害,又在油耗及各廢氣排放濃度上均有良好的表現。本研究在單汽缸直噴式柴油引擎上使用超級柴油和FT柴油分別與棕櫚油甲酯生質柴油混合的混合燃料進行引擎性能、廢氣排放和燃燒特性等的實驗。從實驗結果分析得知,添加FT柴油的生質柴油混合燃料較添加超級柴油的生質柴油混合燃料,在燃料消耗率和各廢氣排放濃度的比較上均較低。又在各燃燒特性上的比較,FT柴油的生質柴油混合燃料之初期預混合燃燒階段均較延後,且峰值也都較高。由此證明,FT柴油不僅兼具環保更是新一代優質的柴油引擎替代性燃料。

The blend fuel of Methyl biodiesel that is used so far is blended with petroleum diesel. Since aromatic hydrocarbons and the sulfur substance in petroleum diesel not only cause air pollution to environment but also have a cancer possibility to human body. Thus, using FT diesel without the elements of aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfur substance not only improve the quality of air and environment to human body, but also has good performances on BSFC and the concentration of gas emissions. In this study, SD and FT diesel was operated in single cylinder DI diesel engine that compared respectively with palm oil methyl ester blend fuel for investigating engine performance, the concentration of gas emission and combustion characteristics, etc. The experimental results demonstrated that BSFC and the concentration of each exhausts gas emissions for the FT-biodiesel blend are lower than SD-biodiesel blend. In addition, among combustion characteristic compared, the premixed combustion phase for FT-biodiesel blend is postponed and its peak value is higher as well. In conclusion, overall demonstrations that FT diesel can not only protect environment but also be a superior new generation alternate fuel on diesel engine.
