生質柴油於直噴式柴油引擎之廢氣排放特性研究

摘要


本世紀之始,生質柴油已被開始大量製造出來使用在柴油引擎上,其廢氣排放對環境空氣品質和溫室氣體CO2的排放減量均有正面的效果。本研究利用四種不同油品性質的生質柴油與石化柴油做一比較,經引擎廢氣排放特性的實驗結果顯示,由於生質柴油有良好的燃燒效率、較低的燃料熱值和不含芳香烴,故廢氣排放中的smoke和均較石化柴油低,其中smoke的減量高達46%〜57%,而HC濃度的降低也高達19%〜26%,且又不排放致癌的多環和硝化多環等芳香烴碳氫化合物。另生質柴油的燃燒效率較佳致NOx濃度值增加9%〜26%。在四種生質柴油中,有良好的燃燒效率和燃燒品質,以及較低燃料體積熱值的生質柴油,其廢氣排放濃度和溫度也較低。

At the beginning of this century, biodiesel has been mass-produced to use in the diesel engine, and its exhaust gas emission have positive effect on the quality of the air and controlling the rise in greenhouse gas emissions. Thus, four kinds of biodiesel with different characters are compared with super diesel in this study. After engine experiment, the characteristics of exhaust gas emission for biodiesel demonstrated that they have superior combustion efficiency, low calorific value and no aromatic included. Therefore, that biodiesel does not emit carcinogens of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) has lower concentrations of Smoke and HC than super diesel, the decrease in concentrations of smoke was 46%~57% and the concentrations of HC reduced to 19%~26%; moreover, biodiesel which has poor burning ability cause its concentration of NOx increased, and that increase in concentration of NOx was 9%~26%. As a result, among four kinds of biodiesel, which have superior combustion efficiency, burning ability and low calorific value per volume have lower concentration of exhaust gas emission and EGT, but its fuel consumption is higher.
