建築斷熱材之應用隔熱及節能效能分析

Analysis on the Application of Heat Insulation and Energy-Saving Efficiency of Building Thermal Insulation Materials

摘要


具有玻璃帷幕或窗簾的建築物不適合炎熱的氣候。由於玻璃具有“溫室效應”,熱量很容易在房間內積聚,造成房間內空調運轉率高,耗電量大。因此,本研究將針對一缺點,尋找適合遮光和隔熱的材料來替代傳統窗簾。本研究將保溫板材料應用於玻璃保溫。隔熱方法是通過錫箔的高反射率來減少對熱輻射的吸收,然後通過酚醛泡沫層的低熱傳導來減緩熱傳遞。利用高反射率和低熱傳導的優勢和創新的機構設計,創造了一種既能加熱又能節能的隔熱窗簾。以加熱功率300w/m^2加熱3小時的時候為降溫前的溫度,可以發現三組的試體有較明顯的溫差,其中以玻璃溫度最高(41.35℃),窗簾第二(35.27℃),斷熱板則為最低(29.87℃)。而這樣的溫度差也間接的影響了接下來空調的使用時間。以25℃為室內較舒適的溫度來觀察分析,結果發現純玻璃即使降溫2小時,也無法將室內溫度降至25℃。窗簾則花了0.35小時降至25℃,並利用耗電量公式算出消耗了0.05度電。斷熱板僅花了0.05小時以及消耗了0.007度電就將室內溫度降至25℃。與窗簾相比,節省了0.3小時的空調使用時間及0.043度的電。若以台電一度電2.5元來看,經過換算,一間普通的學生套房6坪來算,一天能省下176元,連續使用一年大約可省下6萬元。

Buildings with glass curtains are not suitable for hot climates. Because glass has a "greenhouse effect", heat can easily accumulate in the room, causing high air-conditioning operation and high power consumption in the room. Therefore, this research will analyze this shortcoming and look for materials suitable for shading and heat insulation to replace traditional curtains. In this research, the thermal insulation board material is applied to glass insulation. The insulation method is to reduce the absorption of heat radiation through the high reflectivity of the tin foil, and then slow down the heat transmission through the low heat conduction of the phenolic foam layer. Utilizing the advantages of high reflectivity and low heat conduction and innovative mechanism design, a heat-insulating curtain that can heat and save energy is created.
